365 January 2010

After my sister Sonja got the idea to post a mosaic of January, I thought I would copy the idea. What a fun way to create 365 memories. I think I will do a mosaic of each month, we'll see...

Just pay it already!

So, after much discussion, I am going to go in on Tuesday and pay the stupid vet. We have a bulldog. No sense burning any bridges, because maybe, just maybe, I will have to take a dog to that clinic again. I do refuse, however, to see that  particular vet!

B.W.O.P.

So, here's the deal. I was surfing around looking at photpgraphy sites and found this:
http://picasaweb.google.com/enoeske/PentaxK20D#slideshow/5433334849543767026

Which I really really liked, but it got me thinking, (which I didn't like so much) that yes I am trying to take a picture every day for 365...but shouldn't I actually try to make it a "good" picture too? I have gotten kind oflazy. Pull out the camera boom take a picture check it off the list. Sooooo, I have decided this week to shoot B.W.O.P. (Oh yeah, I totally just made that up!) Black and White On Purpose. Nothing but B&W for a whole week, should be interesting.

The "tumor" is ....Gone!

Rosie posie had a follow up visit with Vet2 today. Urine sample shows 0 transitional cells. The vet jokingly said "Looks like the tumor is gone" hee hee. Of course it's gone, since it was NEVER there to begin with. I am still debating writing a letter to Vet1, and I do still owe her money. While I do want to pay for services because I believe work should be compensated, I also believe work should be quality, and a missed diagnosis like this one....well, I  think it was a shoddy job.  Any thoughts?

There's a hole in my bucket...

Today there was a big hole in my bucket....

There's a hole in my bucket, dear Liza, dear Liza,

There's a hole in my bucket, dear Liza, a hole.

Then fix it, dear Henry, dear Henry, dear Henry,

Then fix it, dear Henry, dear Henry, fix it.

With what shall I fix it, dear Liza, dear Liza?

With what shall I fix it, dear Liza, with what?

With some straw, dear Henry, dear Henry, dear Henry,

With some straw, dear Henry, dear Henry, some straw.

The straw is too long, dear Liza, dear Liza,

The straw is too long, dear Liza, too long,

Then cut it, dear Henry, dear Henry, dear Henry,

Then cut it, dear Henry, dear Henry, cut it.

With what shall I cut it, dear Liza, dear Liza?

With what shall I cut it, dear Liza, with what?

With an axe, dear Henry, dear Henry, dear Henry,

With an axe, dear Henry, dear Henry, an axe.

The axe is too dull, dear Liza, dear Liza,

The axe is too dull, dear Liza, too dull.

Then sharpen it, dear Henry, dear Henry, dear Henry,

Then sharpen it, dear Henry, dear Henry, whet it.

With what shall I sharpen it, dear Liza, dear Liza?

With what shall I sharpen it, dear Liza, with what?

With a stone, dear Henry, dear Henry, dear Henry,

With a stone, dear Henry, dear Henry, a stone.

The stone is too dry, dear Liza, dear Liza,

The stone is too dry, dear Liza, too dry.

Then moisten it, dear Henry, dear Henry, dear Henry,

Then moisten it, dear Henry, dear Henry, moisten it.

With what shall I moisten, dear Liza, dear Liza?

With what shall I moisten, dear Liza, with what?

Try water, dear Henry, dear Henry, dear Henry,

Try water, dear Henry, dear Henry, try water.

From where shall I get it, dear Liza, dear Liza?

From where shall I get it, dear Liza, from where?

From the well, dear Henry, dear Henry, dear Henry,

From the well, dear Henry, dear Henry, the well.

In what shall I fetch it, dear Liza, dear Liza?

In what shall I fetch it, dear Liza, in what?

In a bucket dear Henry, dear Henry, dear Henry,

In a bucket dear Henry, dear Henry, in a bucket.

There's a hole in my bucket, dear Liza, dear Liza,

There's a hole in my bucket, dear Liza, a hole..[2]

I started out with trying to figure the budget, but had to update quicken, but couldn't find the password until I went through the email, which reminded me to send the letter to the friend, but it needed a stamp, which is under the clean laundry that needed to be folded and put away in the closet that needed to be cleaned out, which led to the shoes that were muddy and needed to be put on the back porch, which let in the dog who needed to be fed with food that needed to come from the vet who wants to be paid, but I need to look at the budget...
